Thank you for shopping with Just Homemade Candle Co. We take pride in the quality of our candles, wax melts and room sprays and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all candle sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to help.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Heat & Melting Disclaimer
Candles may soften or melt during transit, especially in warm weather.

Minor melting or frosting does not affect candle performance or quality

We are not responsible for melting caused by heat exposure during shipping
If a candle arrives softened:

Allow it to cool and re-solidify at room temperature before use
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Additional shipping fees may apply if an order needs to be resent.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Just Homemade Candle Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
